Can you paint any subject?
We certainly can! Over the years we have completed many types of work
for all kinds of occasions. As well as portraiture we have completed
homes, pets, landscape scenes from holiday snapshots and recreated
scenes from special occasions such as Weddings, Christenings and
Anniversary parties. We have also completed large scale oil-on-canvas

Can you tell me more about the process?
All our oil on canvas paintings are completed entirely by hand by one of
our extremely talented artists. We use only British Winsor & Newton oil
paints and the premium quality linen canvas.
Every canvas is created so that it has a wide white canvas border, so
that the painting may be easily stretched and can be hung without the
requirement of an outside decorative frame. This is a contemporary
method of display which is also inexpensive.
Our charcoal drawings are completed on branded 100 pounds paper.
None of our work employs the use of technical aids. Every painting or
drawing is crafted in the traditional manner and done entirely by hand.
We do not produce Giclee prints or transfers.
Can I mix and Match
Yes you may add figures and backgrounds together from as many photo's as
you would like, just be sure to explain clearly when uploading or
sending is your picture.
Please tell me about your artists?
All our artists are classically trained. They are very skilled in their
own right and all have many years experience in creating your portrait
or commissioned work of art.
Are your Portraits really as good you say?
Yes they are! You can see just some of the samples of our work on-line.
In order to give you our best possible work we need a photograph from
you which clearly represents the sitter. In addition you are also
requested to let us have any further information which might help us to
ensure that you are pleased with your final portrait.
How long before I receive my order?
Most Portraits are completed in 14 days. Some oil on canvas works may
take a little longer, especially if they involve more than one figure.
Our on-line-tracking system always allows you to check the progress of
your Portrait through the Studio. If you have a deadline for the receipt
of your Portrait, please provide us with this information and we will do
our best to meet it.

Will I have the opportunity of reviewing the Portrait prior to
As soon as your Portrait is complete, you will be sent a digital image.
This allows you the opportunity to suggest any changes. Making changes
to portraiture is very common and we welcome your input. Our only wish
is to make you and the sitter happy so that you will tell your friends
about the great service you have received at
What if I am dissatisfied?
We will send you a picture of your completed portrait so that you may
make any suggestions or alterations. After these alterations have been
made by the artist, a further picture will be sent to you. It is
important that we receive clear and precise instructions on the changes
required. We will continue to make changes until you are happy with the
completed portrait. After we have made a third set of touch-ups and you
are still not happy with your portrait, you may request a refund. Please
see the terms of our Guarantee. If we do not hear from you within 7 days
of the first proof being sent to you for approval, then your Portrait
will be shipped in the normal manner.
Do you offer a framing service?
Yes. We have a selection of frames we can offer. However, our framing
service only extends to oil on canvas portraits, as shipping portraits
behind glass is not recommended.
Alternatively, we are happy to put you in touch with a framer in your

Is my payment and ordering information secure?
All orders are processed via our secure and third party payment
processor. All transactions are completed in real -time. This means that
we never receive your credit card number and this information is not
